I had checked my mailbox including the junk mail, but did not receive the verification mail from HKCAAVQ, what should I do?

You can use the forget password function to verify your account and set up your password. At homepage, simply choose which mode you tried to create your account with (i.e. Individual, Corporate or Submit in Person), click ‘Login for Existing Accounts’, click ‘Login’, click ‘Forgot Password’ and follow the instruction.

Q2.
My Account is locked, what should I do?
 

Ans

 

If you fail to login for too many times, your account will be locked. In order to unlock your account, please use the forget password function to reset your password.

Q3.
How many Account can I have?
 

Ans

 

Only one Account could be created with one email address.
