If you pay by credit card online, the Status of the transaction you made should appear as ‘Successful’ under ‘My Online Payment’ page. You can download the receipt of that transaction under that page as well.

Credit cards can be declined for a number of reasons. We could generally not be able to determine why your credit card payment fails. When payment fails, please check whether you have entered your credit card number and name correctly, and that your card has not expired. If you're getting an error when you try to pay, we recommend reaching out to your bank or credit card company for more information. Inform them of the amount and when tried to make the charge so they can let the transaction go through. If you still cannot pay online, please use another credit card to pay online or consider using other payment method.
